Financial Policy

Payment is due when services are rendered and we offer several payment options to make payment convenient for our patients.

Insurance:

For our patients with insurance, we take care of the necessary paperwork and you simply pay any deductibles or co-payments at the time of your visit.

We are able to accept payment from most insurance plans; however, all insurance plans are different, so please check your insurance website or with your Human Resources (HR) representative for specifics about your policy.

Dr. Norman currently accepts all traditional, third-party, indemnity insurance plans and is a provider for most Delta Dental, Blue Cross Blue Shield, UMR, Humana, and Cigna.
